Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Garantie, retours et remboursements — Parkeeyz

1. Produits concernés

  • Lockeeyz dispositifs de verrouillage/parking connectés Parkeeyz et accessoires associés.
  • Abonnements et services numériques liés à l’utilisation de l’application Parkeeyz.
Les présentes conditions complètent les informations fournies sur le site et dans l’application Parkeeyz.

2. Garantie commerciale Parkeeyz

  • Parkeeyz offre une garantie commerciale de 1 an à compter de la réception de votre Lockeeyz.
  • La garantie couvre le fonctionnement du mécanisme moteur et électronique interne du dispositif.
  • En cas de défaut couvert, Parkeeyz peut, à sa discrétion :
    • réparer le produit ; ou
    • remplacer le produit par un modèle équivalent ; ou
    • rembourser le produit si la réparation ou le remplacement est impossible.

2.1. Exclusions de garantie

  • Dommages liés à une mauvaise utilisation, choc, vandalisme, tentative d’effraction ou intervention non autorisée.
  • Installation non conforme aux recommandations Parkeeyz ou instructions fabricant.
  • Usure normale, pièces consommables, piles/batteries, éléments esthétiques ou corrosion anormale.
  • Utilisation dans des conditions non prévues (immersion, températures extrêmes hors plage spécifiée, modifications du produit).
  • Problèmes liés à la connexion internet/opérateur ou à des services tiers.
Cette garantie commerciale s’applique en plus des garanties légales de conformité et des vices cachés, qui restent pleinement applicables conformément au droit français et européen.

3. Procédure SAV & prise en charge

  • Toute demande SAV doit être adressée à : contact@parkeeyz.com.
  • Le client décrit le problème, joint si possible des photos/vidéos et la preuve d’achat.
  • Parkeeyz confirme les modalités : test, retour atelier ou remplacement.
  • Si le défaut est couvert par la garantie :
    • les frais de réparation/remplacement peuvent être pris en charge par Parkeeyz selon le cas ;
    • les modalités de transport/retour sont précisées au client avant l’envoi.
  • Si le défaut n’est pas couvert, un devis pourra être proposé ou le produit renvoyé en l’état.
Parkeeyz ne peut être tenue responsable des pertes de jouissance, pertes de revenus de location ou dommages indirects liés à l’utilisation ou l’indisponibilité du produit.

4. Droit de rétractation (achats à distance)

  • Pour les consommateurs, un délai de 14 jours à compter de la réception du produit permet d’exercer le droit de rétractation, sans motif.
  • La demande doit être adressée à : contact@parkeeyz.com, en indiquant :
    • nom, prénom, adresse, e-mail ;
    • référence commande/facture ;
    • produit(s) concerné(s).
  • Le produit doit être retourné complet, non endommagé, dans son emballage d’origine.
  • Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client, sauf erreur ou défaut imputable à Parkeeyz.
Après réception et vérification, le remboursement du prix du produit est effectué sous un délai maximum de 14 jours, via le même moyen de paiement lorsque possible. Les frais de livraison initiaux et services d’installation déjà réalisés peuvent ne pas être remboursés, conformément à la réglementation.

5. Cas particuliers (produit endommagé / non conforme à la livraison)

  • En cas de colis ou produit endommagé à la réception :
    • émettre des réserves auprès du transporteur,
    • contacter Parkeeyz sous un délai raisonnable avec photos.
  • Parkeeyz proposera selon le cas : remplacement, réparation ou remboursement.

6. Responsabilité

  • Parkeeyz n’est pas responsable :
    • du vol d’un véhicule ou occupation illicite d’une place,
    • de l’usage non conforme ou non autorisé du dispositif,
    • des dommages résultant de l’installation non conforme ou de modifications non autorisées.

Warranty, Returns & Refunds — Parkeeyz

1. Covered products

  • Parkeeyz smart parking/locking devices and related accessories.
  • Subscriptions and digital services linked to the Parkeeyz app.
This section complements the information provided on the Parkeeyz website and in the app.

2. Parkeeyz commercial warranty (12 months)

  • Parkeeyz provides a 12-month commercial warranty from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers the motor and internal electronic mechanism of the device.
  • In case of a covered defect, Parkeeyz may, at its discretion:
    • repair the product; or
    • replace it with an equivalent model; or
    • refund the product if repair or replacement is not possible.

2.1. Exclusions

  • Damage resulting from misuse, shock, vandalism, tampering or unauthorized repair.
  • Improper or non-compliant installation.
  • Normal wear and tear, consumables, batteries, cosmetic defects or abnormal corrosion.
  • Use outside the specified conditions (e.g. immersion, extreme temperatures, product modification).
  • Issues related to network/internet connectivity or third-party services.
This commercial warranty is provided in addition to mandatory legal warranties which remain fully applicable.

3. After-sales service (Support)

  • All support requests must be sent to: contact@parkeeyz.com.
  • The customer should describe the issue and, if possible, attach photos/videos and proof of purchase.
  • Parkeeyz will confirm the process: testing, workshop return, or replacement.
  • If the defect is covered:
    • repair or replacement costs may be covered by Parkeeyz depending on the case;
    • shipping/return conditions will be communicated beforehand.
  • If the defect is not covered, a quote may be offered or the product returned as is.
Parkeeyz cannot be held liable for loss of use, loss of rental income or any indirect damage arising from the use or unavailability of the product.

4. Right of withdrawal (distance sales)

  • Consumers benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the date of delivery, without needing to justify their decision.
  • Requests must be sent to: contact@parkeeyz.com, specifying:
    • full name, address, email;
    • order/invoice reference;
    • concerned product(s).
  • Products must be returned complete, undamaged, in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of Parkeeyz's proven error or defect.
After receipt and inspection, the product price is refunded within a maximum of 14 days, using the original payment method where possible. Initial delivery fees and installation services already performed may not be refunded, in line with applicable regulations.

5. Damaged / non-conforming products on delivery

  • If a parcel or product is damaged on delivery:
    • note reservations with the carrier where possible,
    • contact Parkeeyz within a reasonable timeframe with photos.
  • Parkeeyz will propose, as appropriate: replacement, repair or refund.

6. Liability

  • Parkeeyz is not liable for:
    • theft of vehicles or illegal parking on a spot,
    • improper, unauthorized or abusive use of the device,
    • damage caused by incorrect installation or unauthorized modifications.
